C&R Research Clinical Trial Symposium to Mark 22nd Anniversary Ends in Success

 

Seoul, Korea, July 02, 2019 — CRO C&R Research’s (CEO Moon Tae Yoon) symposium and celebratory event for its 22nd anniversary ended in success.

 

C&R Research hosted the symposium “The 6th C&R Symposium: Trend Updates in Clinical Trials” at the Yangjae L Tower in Seoul, Korea on June 28.

 

Session 1 of the symposium covered the topics, “101 of Early Stage Development by Startup Biotechs” (by BRIGEBIO CEO Jung Gyu Lee), “Simulation-based Clinical Trial Designs” (by Q-Fitter’s Professor Seung Hoon Han), and “Global Quality of Central Lab Service” (by GC Labs Director Hee Joo Lee).

 

Session 2 covered the topics, “Central Image Review and Image Data Management for Global Trial” (by Asan Medical Center Professor Kyung Won Kim), “Consideration on Overseas Clinical Development” (by C&R Research Director Zisoo Kim), and “How to Optimize Risk-based Monitoring with Medidata CSA” (by Medidata Manager Kim Hee Young).

 

In the closing remarks, C&R Research President Kwan Soo Park said, “Thank you for attending. I believe the symposium was beneficial in learning more about clinical trials, as intended in the topic ‘Trend Updates in Clinical Trials’”.

 

Prior to the symposium, the celebratory event for the 22nd anniversary of C&R Research was held. The event consisted of sessions to promote team building and to review the company’s history. Activity report for the “Make a Wish” campaign, a campaign launched in collaboration with Make-A-Wish Korea to grant wishes for children with incurable diseases, was presented during the event as well.
